Should one read the blogs of characters whose thoughts, although bright and interesting, provoke intense aversion because these characters go too far in showcasing the worst traits of human nature? I'm generally quite patient and not overly squeamish when it comes to the printed word and the stoking of all sorts of provocative viewpoints. But these characters get a bit too carried away with what you could call the equivalent of the yellow press. It's just that tabloid newspapers cater to envy, laziness, and despondency, whereas these figures cater to pride and wrath.
Who do I mean? apazhe, whom I stopped reading a month ago, even though he, on the contrary, calmed down after moving to Ecuador. And now, after this quote, I want to stop reading Goblin. Maybe what he writes is true, but it's the 21st century outside. Rather than live in the kind of universe he does, it's better to die under a fence from an overdose, like the ultimate disgraceful hippie. At least you won't contribute to this brave new world. I don't have a nationality, and I won't.
Then there's tiphareth, who goes so far overboard that it's not even interesting anymore. Constantly screaming that “shitty Russia must die, and 20 states should form in its place”. So things won't end well for them. On the other hand, these exact traits are perhaps the only thing that still makes me want to ethnically associate with anything. Once again, it all comes down to the fact that man is a biological machine fulfilling the commandments of Darwinism. Religions won't help – they only mask this fact, without treating the cause. Only changing human nature with the help of technology will provide any possibility at all – and that's not going to happen, because this very nature resists, plus no such technology exists yet.
